Starting October 2024, EWfC is delivering a 2-year programme to develop skillsets of ethnic minority women. The project is tailored according to ethnic minority women's needs, and focuses on women’s personal development, health and wellbeing.
Participants during ‘Art of Relaxation’ session
We are providing bespoke support to equip women with life skills such as public speaking and confidence to access to further education and different opportunities. The combination of building personal development awareness and capacity is supporting women with the required information; knowledge; attitudes and experience that is needed to help them to move on to further education.
